As a typical side kick, multinationals with a VCA performed are in a perfect position to defend their global tax and transfer pricing set up, assuming their economic reality is fully synced with its legal and financial realities. TPA Global is rolling out into its network a next generation of benchmarks, i.e. a quantitative VCA being performed in an objective manner. The ‘anchors of objectivity’ used by TPA Global means this approach is robust to defend multinationals their positions all the way up to courts. For this, we are searching for a wider network of trained VCA professionals and firms.

When tax authorities will launch a universal ‘tax audit file’, the tax technology of our multinational clients need to be ready. Having a whole suite of software solutions available for multinationals, which include the 2nd generation of tax technology solutions, involving integrated IT/Finance/Tax/TP solutions on for example inter-company services, TPA Global is looking for business partners to team up with. Through a collaborative network TPA Global already has build a presence in tax technology, but will be expanding to create a larger footprint needed to service our multinational clients.

The BEPS initiative and all follow up tax laws and regulations have increased the probability of disputes significantly.
