About the role

We are looking for a new marketing manager, who will help us continue our efforts to increase brand awareness and traffic across different channels. You will report to the CEO and work as a key person on the marketing team, managing and supporting all marketing activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and continuously optimize a content plan, for the website, LinkedIn and email marketing, and oversee its execution;
  • Design and compose marketing materials such as LinkedIn banners, flyers, documents, etc.;
  • Own and maintain the website’s contents and functionalities, making sure they are up-to-date and optimized for users and SEO, with the support of an external agency;
  • Track incoming leads/requests through the website and company email, and communicate/refer with interested parties accordingly;
  • Oversee an events and webinar calendar, the materials and process for promoting the webinars, and support the promotion of other events that TPA attends and/or is organizing;
  • Track the performance of your marketing activities across channels using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, CRM analytics, and webinar platforms, and report performance to management, as well as the wider team, on a monthly basis;
  • Continuously optimize your efforts across the mentioned channels based on the available data, industry research and best practices;
  • Serve as a point-of-contact and maintain relationships with partners, (potential) members, and other internal and external parties;
  • Keep track of the marketing budget, report on spending, and propose budget changes where necessary.

Apart from the main responsibilities, this role includes other administrative and ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a dynamic environment with changing responsibilities, is a problem-solver by nature, and has leadership qualities. They should also be comfortable with learning about the services and solutions that TPA offers.

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B;
  • (Basic) knowledge of design programs (such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva);
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience with or willingness to learn digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive etc.;
  • Comfortable with using digital tools and environments in general;
  • Fluent or bi-lingual in English;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills;
  • Solid project management skills;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
