Three objectives have shaped this to this point: detecting fraud, enhancing the taxpayer experience, and efficiencies.
But as the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration will attest to with the application of machine learning algorithms on claims, authorities must exercise caution when using the incredible power of AI in such a financially and legally delicate sector as tax.
