A two-month deadline extension has been issued to the final group of taxpayers expected to sign up for Bolivia’s System De Facturacion Electronica (SFE) e-invoicing system. Instead of 1 April, they will now be required to enroll by 1 June 2023.
4,000 companies sign up to be on the list that must utilize electronic invoices as of February 1, 2023.
The following is a confirmed updated schedule of taxpayers enrolling in the Bolivian SFE e-invoicing or digital accounting regime:
- 3rd wave: February 2023
- 2nd wave: December 2021
- 1st wave: 2021
