Server Certificate Expires in April 2022

Type: Legislation

The Ministry of Finance announced that the Tax Authority’s cis.porezna-uprava.hr server certificate, which is also used in the fiscalization system’s production environment, will expire in April 2022. On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, the new server certificate will be activated on the Tax Authority’s side.

Taxpayers will be able to download the new certificate’s public key even before it is replaced on April 6, 2022, via the FINA certificate search engine or the Tax Authority’s website.

The manufacturer/maintainer of the fiscalization software solution they use, as well as their IT support, should be contacted for assistance in retrieving and storing the public key of the server certificate, because otherwise, their fiscalization will be questioned after the certificate is replaced on the Tax Administration’s Central Server.

Effective date: April 2022
