Public consultation on issuance and use of electronic fiscal invoices – launched

On 11 September 2019, the Directorate General of Internal Revenue launched a web forum for a discussion on the draft rule regarding the issuance and use of electronic fiscal invoices (e-CF). 

The proposed regulation is intended to regulate the issuance and use of electronic fiscal invoices, the conditions to be met to be able to apply as an authorized issuer of e-CF and the administrative procedure to apply as an authorized issuer of e-CF, among other aspects. 

Comments and/or suggestions on the draft rule may be submitted by 16 October 2019. 

Effective date: September 11, 2019
