Possible change to deadline for Submission of China Related Party Disclosure Forms |
 Shanghai, April 2009 - Transfer Pricing Associates, the
leading independent provider of global transfer pricing services and
part of the Transfer Pricing Associates Global group, advises that the Shanghai State
Administration of Taxation (Shanghai SAT) has released a local circular
confirming that the 2008 Enterprise Income Tax (EIT) returns and
Related Party Transaction Disclosure forms are due for submission by
taxpayers on 15 May 2009 (i.e. two weeks earlier than the general
deadline of 31 May 2009 as specified in Guo Shui Fa [2008] No. 114).
