New Transfer Pricing Rules for Brazil in 2010 |
São Paulo, March 2010 - Three Provisional Measures involving transfer pricing rules have been published recently in Brazil. Provisional Measure 472, from December, 15 2009 revoked the Resale Price Less Profit method (Preço de Revenda Menos Lucro – PRL); nevertheless, Provisional Measure 476, from December, 23 2009 rendered such revocation ineffective.
