Mexican Transfer Pricing Disclosure Requirements
tpa_pressrel.jpgMexico, October 2009 - Most taxpayers in Mexico are required to file with the Mexican Tax Authorities an annual tax report (prepared and signed by an independent auditor) disclosing detailed financial and tax information. On February 20, 2009 the information and details to be disclosed for the 2008 fiscal year were published by the Mexican Ministry of Finance; requiring the disclosure of extensive transfer pricing information.
